It varies on different schools and most of all in different countries, so I think it's better to know too much instead. Even though it seems to be a bit easier here and the rumor is that Scandinavians, among a few others, are getting by just fine here. We'll see if all this is true..
I thought I'd give you a tip on a great snack/light breakfast while I'm at it. I can really get obsessed with rice crackers (or maybe they're called rice cakes?) from time to time. Now when I'm only studying during the days I don't need much food, just a few lighter meals during the day is enough, since I'm not moving too much. On the pictures you've got easiest possible; rice crackers with Philadelphia cheese, tomatoes, sallad and some spices. It's also amazing to put avocado on it! This is such an easy way to fill your energy up during the day and it's also really tasty.
