// Good morning! It's a typical Sunday morning at my place today. I woke up early, put on the morning news show and made breakfast. A green smoothie and hard rye bread with cottage cheese and fresh herbs, of course some coffee too! My day will probably continue the same pace, I have a few things to prepare for the upcoming week and I'm going to squeeze in a workout as well.
The amount of every ingredient is of course by your choosing. Try something out and change as you mix. Personally I love the mix of kale and ginger so I always take a little bit extra of those. I stole some of the smoothie boost from my sister, but it's really nice. It doesn't really taste anything in a mix like this, but you get so much energy from it, for example.
