// Good morning! How are you today? I hope you've had a great weekend so far. I'm in a really good mood this morning and will soon be on my way to a breakfast. Afterwards we're going on a workout event in which I have no expectations at all, however, it's going to be fun to see what it is. In the evening it seems as if a few people at one of my jobs has planned to meet up at a boules bar, so if I have time I'll sneak in there a while as well.
The other day I made a bottle of ginger shots. The idea is to avoid getting a cold again by drinking this every other day or so. The ingredients are ginger, lemon and water, but I also added cayenne pepper, chili and turmeric for an extra boost. I got the tip, though, to not drink too much and often from this as it is very strong and can begin to corrode in your throat. A little bit of this will however help me along the way this Autumn!
