// Aloha! Bonjour! Ciao! The time is literally racing by right now. I don't even have two weeks left in Paris (!!) and there's so many things that I still want to do and also have to do. The past few days has also been pretty packed, so I thought we'd do a little recap.
The days in this country are very spontaneous. You don't really plan anything, but you can always expect to do things. Last Tuesday the electricity disappeared in our apartment, so I canceled all my spontaneous plans that evening. Our landlord wasn't of any help at all, but when I came home from school at 7PM I called dad who tried to help. After many tries and a lot of thinking, we succeeded to get the electricity on. However, not the stove.. About a week later we still haven't gotten the right help, but at least our landlord came with a portable stove which was so so so great - we were sick and tired of heating up prepared food..
On Friday I went out for dinner with Alyssa and Sara. Afterwards we were spontaneous and French - we went to a club where we heard half of our school would be and we celebrated the new day - Alyssa's birthday!
The demonstrations were starting again on Saturday and the country announced warnings, the school was closed and they asked us not to go outside. Anyway, Rebecka came over since she lives very close to Champs-Elysées and we all was very uneasy knowing she would be home alone. Instead, we had a cozy study day at home and in the evening we dared going out for some fresh air.
