Mum asked me how I know which amount I need of everything, but I just try things until I feel it works for me, until it tastes like I want it to. It's just as annoying as when my grandma always told us that "You just feel it" when speaking about recipes of all kinds. In some ways I totally get what she means, even though she was way more skillful. Mum was a bit skeptical at first and told me it looked healthy. It didn't smell amazing, but she still tried it and actually liked it. We agreed that it tasted very fresh!
